For more than half a century, Europe has been declining at a dizzying pace. The complacency, denial or cowardice of politicians have left Europeans helpless against new threats: the resurgence of censorship, the suppression of thought by feelings and emotions, the dominance of ideology over reality, the introduction of new customs that jeopardize social cohesion.

Those whose political actions divide, annihilate – even destroy – take advantage of the void created by our collective fatigue. They manipulate the law and impose their worldview through the judicial system.

Initiated by the think tank Thomas More Institute, the Public Interest Advocacy Center comprises a team of French and Belgian lawyers. They position themselves as a legal counterweight to emerging intolerances.

The Public Interest Advocacy Center aims to streamline and enhance strategic litigation for the common good, with a focus on the preservation of our civilization.

The French and Belgian legal systems are generally effective and only require proper implementation. However, jurisprudence has sometimes hindered societal progress due to our lack of organization.

A French politician, Philippe Séguin, once said: “We want Europe, but as standing men, because it is standing that history is written.

The Public Interest Advocacy Center is here to defend the French, Belgians and Europeans who want to remain standing.

A standing Europe is a Europe that does not renounce to freedom, to human dignity, to justice for all, to fraternity and that does not forget what it is and where it comes from.
